Sunshine and warmer weather are finally here. However, it's not quite Spring yet. These milder temperatures have plants and lawns confused. You may see plants blooming and grass turning green but even if you get some growth do not cut the lawn.
The lawns are still dormant and cutting them or putting anything heavy on the lawn may cause damage. The ground is still wet and the weather may turn cold again before the final warm up. We recommend the first cut for the season the last week of April. Hang in there.....it's almost time.
